The wall magazine of the Department of English was inaugurated by the Hon. Chairman, Shri Mahabir Prasad Shroff in the presence of the Teacher-in-Charge, Prof. Sovonita Datta, the Morning-in-Charge, Prof. Dr. Nibir Goswami, staff members and students.
The wall magazine made by students of Semester 1, Sakshi Kumari Verma, Rosita Angel Tigga, Vinita Sharma, Esha Pandey, Palak Singh & Anushka Kumari, was a tribute to one of the most popular English authors of all time – Jane Austen. It focused on Austen’s contribution to English literature, her famous novels and their film adaptations. The wall magazine showcased the creative talent and artistic flair of the students.
